The specifications, dimensions, and materials of the molds are provided in the product descriptions. While we strive for accuracy, minor deviations in the actual product may occur due to the manufacturing process.
2. Ordering Process

2.2. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we will send an order confirmation via email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. If we reject your order, any payments made will be refunded promptly.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices
All prices listed on our website or provided in quotes are in Indian currency and may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and any custom charges will be added to the total price at checkout.
3.2. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept Online, Cash, Cheque. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

For custom mold orders, we will provide drafts or prototypes for approval before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve these designs. Happy Everyday Products is not liable for errors in the final product if they were present in the approved design.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products. Returned items must be in their original condition.
6.2. Refunds
After we receive the returned product and verify any defects, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6.3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom molds or specially made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
7. Warranty
7.1. Warranty Period
Happy Everyday Products offers a 6 months warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
7.2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, modifications, or improper handling of the moulds.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Everyday Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, products, and content provided by Happy Everyday Products are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs or products is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra.
11. Amendments to Terms
Happy Everyday Products reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
